WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A HVAC SALES MANAGER :

• A high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred)
• A minimum of 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Valid driver's license
• A proven track record of building a motivated and successful sales team
• Consistent achievement of meeting and exceeding revenue objectives
